    Rabindranath Tagore is a perennial fountain of immaculate imagination which is the soul of poetry. His poetry has element of truth and reckoning force to affect men, mind, social surroundings, etiquette of the citizen of the country and humanistic approach towards life—live and let live. Unequivocally, we would say his poetry is high order of excellence. Had Watson, Wilson, Eliot, Saintsbury, Tillotson, Allott, Arnold, F. R. Levis, Richard alive they would have glorified versification, imagination, diction, melody, substance, style, regularity, uniformity, balance, and precision of Rabindranath Tagore. Romanticism of Wordsworth, Shelley, Keats, Byron, witticism of Donne, Crashaw, Vaughan classicism of Dante, and Homer, criticism of Arnold, satire of Dryden beautiful and smooth verse flow of Chaucer all are quite apparent in the Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore. Who says significance of poetry is no more and future of poetry is buried. As long as pain and pleasure, sorrow, suffering and merry-making, cruelty and enmity, humanity and fraternity, honesty and humility, demon and Solomon, hypocrite and pious, battle and consequences are alive in the universe, mines of verses are treasure-trove for the vibrancy and survival of human beings. It has brightness of the sun, twinkling of stars, fragrance of flowers, height of mountains, depth of the seas, and palpitation of the human hearts definitely melodious voice of nightingale, innocence of lamb, and strength of tiger, who can forget it as a finer spirit of all knowledge

    The first scientist and bachelor of India became the 11th President of the largest democratic multi-cultural country whose full name contains 31 letters and five words –Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam. During his tenure he was popularly called People’s President. Everybody wishes to know his realm of achievements in the field of scientific world –space, defense and nuclear. He made significant contribution in the indigenous Satellite Launch Vehicle (SSLV-III) which successfully injected the Rohini satellite in the near earth orbit in July 1980 and made India an exclusive member of Space Club, will it transform future of India? Mother India’s aspiration accomplished when a star twinkles in the temple town, Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu on October 15, 1931. This is the glittering star that the world sees on the forehead of the Mother. She feels pride in wearing this star on her forehead. His deed has brought honour to his Mother. Dr. Kalam could do with his Mother’s blessings. He says that surge ahead as a developed nation or perish in perpetual perplexity of poverty, hunger and humiliation. His idea is all about breaking away from the forces that would prefer us to remain a nation of a billion people selling cheap labour and raw materials and providing a large market for goods and services of other nations. We have all the resources we need such as man power, talent, natural bounty or other assets. India is truly and naturally blessed with means to flourish. No reason is left to face poverty, hunger and humiliation. Sometimes it puzzles Dr. Kalam: “Who am I to write about this capacity of India to realize its destiny a developed nation?” A gifted son packed with inspirational spirit for the betterment of India, devoted scientist who has heightened the peak of the glory, missile man who has laid the foundation of the visionary roadmap to build India a developed country by 2020. He lives in every heart and soul of the budding minds who are to be an ingredient of the mighty and prosper India. O my dear Bharat Ratna! The entire nation salutes your indubitable integrity, sincerity, humility, magnanimity, and virtuosity. It is immaterial if you have acquired nothing, built nothing, and possessed nothing –no family, sons, and daughters. Look at India. It is, by far, yours. One billion people belong to your family. Young boys and girls are your sons and daughters. You have already attained fatherly figure.&nbsp

    Correlating health and wellness analytics for personalized decision making

    © 2015 IEEE. Personalized healthcare envisions providing customized treatment and management plans to individuals at their doorstep. Key factors to ensure personalized healthcare is to involve with the individual in their daily life activities and process the gathered information to provide recommendations. We identified the mostly exposed domains for gathering chronic disease patients information that includes: clinical, social media, and daily life activities. Clinical data is related to the health-care of the patients while social media, sensory, and wearables data is related to the wellness data of the patients. A framework is required to monitor the health and wellness information of the patients for health and wellness analytics provisioning to the physicians for better decision making. We propose Personalized, Ubiquitous Life-care Decision Support System (PULSE); a state of the art decision support system that helps physicians and patients in life-style management of chronic disease patients such as Diabetes. The proposed approach not only utilizes clinical information but also personalized information by correlation to find hidden information using big data health analytic for improvement of life-care. PULSE provides health analytics by utilizing and processing clinical information of the patient. In the same way, it provides wellness analytics to the patients by using their social, activities, emotions and daily life information. The co-relation between clinical and personalized analytics is performed for better recommendations to the patients. This eventually results in improved life-care and healthy living of the individuals

    Cloud computing has revolutionized healthcare in today's world as it can be seamlessly integrated into a mobile application and sensor devices. The sensory data is then transferred from these devices to the public and private clouds. In this paper, a hybrid and distributed environment is built which is capable of collecting data from the mobile phone application and store it in the cloud. We developed an activity recognition application and transfer the data to the cloud for further processing. Big data technology Hadoop MapReduce is employed to analyze the data and create user timeline of user's activities. These activities are visualized to find useful health analytics and trends. In this paper a big data solution is proposed to analyze the sensory data and give insights into user behavior and lifestyle trends

    Impact of Relay Location of STANC Bi-Directional Transmission for Future Autonomous Internet of Things Applications

    Wireless communication using existing coding models poses several challenges for RF signals due tomultipath scattering, rapid fluctuations in signal strength and path loss effect. Unlike existing works, thisstudy presents a novel coding technique based on Analogue Network Coding (ANC) in conjunction withSpace Time Block Coding (STBC), termed as Space Time Analogue Network Coding (STANC). STANCachieves the transmitting diversity (virtual MIMO) and supports big data networks under low transmittingpower conditions. Furthermore, this study evaluates the impact of relay location on smart devices networkperformance in increasing interfering and scattering environments. The performance of STANC is analyzedfor Internet of Things (IoT) applications in terms of Symbol Error Rate (SER) and the outage probabilitythat are calculated using analytical derivation of expression for Moment Generating Function (MGF).In addition, the ergodic capacity is analyzed using mean and second moment. These expressions enableeffective evaluation of the performance and capacity under different relay location scenario. Differentfading models are used to evaluate the effect of multipath scattering and strong signal reflection. Undersuch unfavourable environments, the performance of STANC outperforms the conventional methods suchas physical layer network coding (PNC) and ANC adopted for two way transmission
